Delete your WallCal account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to WallCal with the account you want removed (in the app, or at wallcal.us/login).
2. Open Profile from the sidebar menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account and confirm. If self-serve deletion is not yet available on your account, use the request form below, or email studio403@gmail.com from your account email address — we complete these requests within 30 days.

What happens to your data

• All personal data (login, profile name, avatar, phone, notification preferences) is permanently deleted
• All events, calendars, daily tasks, work hours, lists, messages, attachments and wall displays in workspaces you own are permanently deleted
• Invitations, share links and calendar feed tokens you created are deleted

What we may keep

• Records we're legally required to retain (such as billing and invoice records handled by our payment processor) are kept no longer than required by law, then deleted
• Content in workspaces owned by someone else may remain, with your name removed

Requests are verified against the email address you provide and completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
